If the Dawgs take down the Tigahs in Death Valley again, will you be willing to let Les finish out the season?

I would hope that the TAF would carry him off the field and rent him a Uhaul to drive home.

not up to LSU fans but I'd certainly hope he would be let go.

no offense to y'all, but it's a down year for you and supposedly was an up year for LSU.

I don't see any scenario where he won't be allowed to finish out the season.

yes, finish the season, then encourage Les to take a position that will take his career in a new and exciting direction.

Emphasis on "new".

I would prefer to have him removed in season in that situation but no telling how it plays out.

If we lose to state I'll help him pack. What an emabarrassment that would be.

How about the buyout being too big? That seems to be the problem.

Any coach that loses to Miss state twice in the same decade should be fired on the spot and have to hitchhike home.

No offense but probably not.

Not necessarily because you are Mississippi State, but because that will make us 3-5 over our last 8 games which is ridiculous with the talent we have.
It took miles 3 seasons to lose 5 games when he first got here.

Highest avg class rank the last 4 recruiting cycles:
1 Alabama
2 Ohio St
3 LSU
4 Florida State

(Record since November) Current AP rank:
Alabama-----------(9-0) #1
Ohio St-------------(6-1) #3
LSU-----------------(3-4) #20
Florida State------(5-2) #2

^ One of these programs is not getting the bang for their buck on the sideline.

Yes miles assembled this talent. But with 5+ million to spend on assistants and Louisiana talent base you will always be top 5-10.

The saddest part in all of this is he could have been completely fine if he hired a new OC and completely stayed out of the offense. LSU spends more on assistant coaches than anyone in America, could have found one who could make this offense work with one of our 4 QBs.

Fournette RB
Guice RB
Dural WR
Dupre WR
Chark WR
Pocic OL
Teheuma OL
Weatherby OL

^ Will all play on Sunday's, ones in bold would be starting on Sunday's right now

It's my belief that if this team walks off the field in Oxford with three losses he will not be allowed to coach against Alabama. They will show him the door during the bye week and it does not matter who handed this team those three losses.
