Not asking what you think is more likely, simply asking which of these scenarios would worry you more:

1. aTm fields a top 3 defense (in conference)

2. Lsu fields a top 3 qb (in conference)

If you feel so inclined, explain your reasoning.

I'd like to think lsu and aTm fans could simply read this thread instead of flame it up, wishful thinking.

A&M fielding a top 3 defense.

i think lsu's defense has more question marks than A&M's offense. i'm not saying lsu won't have a good defense this year, but i wanna wait and see how steele does as dc.

if it's the usual good lsu defense? i'd say unstoppable force v immovable object. they would both worry me to death.

That has been the limiting factor for every LSU team in recent years, sans the Mettenberger era. LSU with an above average QB is disconcerting.

A&M, because I'm assuming even if LSU gets their shite together on offense, Kevin Steel will cause their defense to take a step back.

Double response? Do I smell tFear in you?

Just contribute to the topic. Which scenario triggers tFear more?

If Harris finishes top 3 in the conference then LSU will win the SEC

so the answer is LSU

Wasn't Mett top 3 in 2013? They finished 3rd in the division, needed a miracle touchdown in the final seconds at home to beat a bad Arkansas team, and beat an unranked Iowa team by a touchdown in their bowl game.

I'll go with being more worried about A&M having a top 3 D.

Yeah I'd consider him top three. It certainly hurt that our defense was draft raped that year.

Brandon Harris is a very talented player, but you will still have a short dick.

A miracle touchdown? You mean a touchdown. Sorry we didn't dismantle Arkansas with our backup quarterback. Scored the final 10 points and won, that's all that matters. Love ya, Arkansas. You guys will always be the thorn in the tiger's paw.

All fair points except for the bowl game comment. You base your opinion on LSU not being great even when they DID have a good qb, and used an example of a game where said QB didnt play.

Classic way to have your take ignored.

My answer is A&M as well. I'm just not sold on LSU's front seven.
