All this coach firing got me thinking. How many 3-9, 4-8 type seasons do you think it would take to get saban fired with all he's accomplished there. It would be a hell of a spot to be in with what he's done in the past and the standard he's set in Tuscaloosa.

Answer: None

If saban had a record like that he would go jump off of a bridge.

Should have clarified, im not even remotely saying its possible for saban to only win 3 or 4 games at Alabama. Just a hypothetical.

IF it were to happen, would be some sort of health disaster or some sad family dynamic.

He ain't losing 9 with back to back to back to back recruiting classes and the biggest football operations budget in the country.

We've had eight consecutive ten-win seasons, so honestly I haven't even considered this before.

Saban would retire after the first one.

Silly to entertain these impossible hypotheticals. It ain't happening. If somehow it did Saban would resign

Saban has too much equity at Bama to ever get fired. Plus, he's smart enough to evolve if he had a bad season or two.

See Saban bringing in Lane as an "advisor" when we already had an OC.

If he lost 3 games in back to back years you'd hear some bitching.
