Looking for your true thoughts on this question before I make my selections in a pool I compete in.

Do you guys think you will cover the spread this weekend?

A&M - has Chavis learned from last year how to stop Dak from running up and down the field like he did against LSU?

Ole Miss - I think you guys are for real again this season, but is there enough to overcome the Florida crowd in The Swamp and shut down the momentum their new coach has going?

TIA

Dak isn't running this year, either by design or because he is playing hurt.

A full TD spread is a lot for a game between two ranked teams outside the top-10 though.

-- I view your game against Vandy as a post-Bama game issue. Happens every year to LSU after we play Bama and actually I think it happens to Bama every year after playing LSU. So much vested in that game that no way the teams are able to carry into the next game

To be fair, he's run all over us the past few years with a different DC anyway.

I picked MSU to cover (on the ATS picks here).

Gators cover and possible upset black bears. Ole Piss is pretty good but to date, have not a solid victory against a quality team. Correct, the bama win was not quality. If I have to explain myself, you don't know frick about football.

We've been practicing with extreme noise levels, and we played well in a raucous Bryant Denny ( at times during the game).

Assuming the weather is clear. I like our chances.

Still no confirmation on tunsil.
One of our RG is out. Our nickleback 2 d round draft pick is out for 3 more games.

But the playmakers are healthy. And florid as o line will not be able to contain ole miss d line.

I'm fairly uncertain of the outcome.
But I lean ole miss
We either win by a couple tds 80% or lose by a field goal 20%

they lost 4 games last season. I know that's great for Ole Miss, but surely, as an LSU fan, you don't consider losing 4 games as being for real. If you do, please don't reply here and embarrass us more.

As for this season, Ole Miss has beaten 3 absolute garbage teams, and a suspect Alabama team who turned it over 5 times, while getting a lucky/fluke TD to escape with a 6 point win. They have no OL, and the QB Swag is still very suspect, imo.

Carry on

This is why I can't stand having the freaking LSU and MSU games back to back at the end of the season.

Florida is gonna win.

Believe the Aggies are gonna come from behind and beat MSU, but maybe not by 7 points.

Sumlin is 0-5 against ranked SEC teams at home. Does that answer your question?

Now I'm just guessing here, but judging by your post, I'm going to guess that the "tiger" is you and the "hollow" is your sister's fartbox.

To the OP: I would take both underdogs, and already have on 5dimes.

Tigerinthehollow - I will apologize again, but I swear I did not know she was your old lady.

Thanks to the A&M and Ole Miss fans for your answers to my original question
