Question for student at Ole Miss

I am going to be in town for the Alabama game and we were offered some student tickets for cheap from a student we know there. Normally I would jump on the offer, but I heard a little rumor that you were having to show a student ID with student tickets now. Is this true? I would hate to buy it and get to the gate only to be pissed off royaly.

Actually did the samething for the State game. Had no ID since I wasn't a student, but i did find a gate that let me in. They had people checking at the student sections in the lower levels and couldn't get in so I had to go all the way up to the top.

I was a student there several years ago, i can handle the student section. We usually end up sitting there no matter where our tickets are because its more fun

The WILL make you show an ID. I've also been hearing that they are wanting to start a student points system based off of the Loyalty Foundation system. If that happens, you will need to swipe your ID as well.

You are supposed to show an ID before you get in with a student ticket....but i saw a few people sweet talk their way in without one...But of course that was against SELA. I kinda think they will be a little more pickier since its a hige SEC game.
But i hope not because im taking the same chance with my GF

Yes, its true. I'd recommend checking stub hub or ebay.

They'll make you show an ID, but it doesn't matter who's ID it is. I forgot mine and I used some chick's and they didn't even look.
