Question for Crimson Tide fans...

Your team is on top of the college football world, and kings of the SEC. there is no debating that. I am curious to know who the fans think of as their strongest competition to dethrone them in the SEC. I feel that we already know who Nick Saban feels is his strongest competition. this is supported by his speaking out against the HUNH(hurry up no huddle)offense in the press conference immediately following his first game against Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze. Bama won that game 33-14, in Freezes first year as the rebel coach. But he already knew even then that Freeze would build a team worthy of challenging them for the SEC crown. four years later and a break even record with Freeze shows he saw the writing on the wall back then, and shows why he is a football genius worthy of his 7 million dollars a year...but for the fans, what team worries you? inquiring minds would like to know.

I would say Ole Miss but hell, even when they beat us 2 years in a row, we still make it to the SECCG so I will have to go with LSU.

LSU - the only team with the depth chart to consistently compete . Ole Miss is def heading in the right direction.
Last years game was fluke-ish but the year before yall kicked our arse . Right now you are about a 1 out of 6 type team .

Biggest threats. First and foremost is Bama themselves. I don't think we've lost a game in the last 8 years where we didn't turn the ball over.
Real threats.
Florida
Georgia
The recruiting bases both have should ensure they have sufficient talent to compete. Both have coaches off Nick's staff, so their experience with his process and the way he thinks should give them better ability to compete.
Next up
LSU
Ole Miss
LSU's talent will make them a threat in any game Bama's not on point. Ole Miss is getting better talent, and Freeze appears to be one of the better coaches in the game currently. Ole Miss needs Bama to be more off than LSU currently though.
