Question for A&M fans about construction

Catching some of the A&M regional on tv, what is going up behind left field of baseball stadium, is that football stadium related or is the football stadium well beyond centerfield past the McFerrin Center?

Expanding the student rec center, no lazy river.

Its not too clear, but there are plan to put a balcony on the back side. It would be nice to watch some games from there.

The football stadium is kind of straight back behind CF, right CFish. It's across the street but when they zoom out you can sometimes catch some shots of it

This isn't really related to that rec expansion. But, the stadium is really getting there.

I'm to lazy to find the links, but maybe somebody can help me out?
Texas A&M is:
1. About to break ground on one of the top Outdoor Track and Field Venues in America.
2. About to break ground on one of the top Womans Softball Complex in America. Will demolish the old one.
3. About to break ground on a stand alone in-door Womans Volleyball building. Should be tops in America.
4. You know about the Kyle Field Re-Development.
5. You now know about the Sudent Rec Expansion. (see above).
6. Is the new indoor Tennis complex finished or just started?
7. Spence Park Development. Located on the East side of Kyle Field.
8. New infield only practice field next to Blue Bell Park for the Baseball Team.
