I am surprised we made it this far but when we lost that first game the writing was on the wall. The SEC still has some great teams left though and hopefully one of them will pull this out.

I had read where Arkansas had a number of injuries to starters and pitching staff over the past couple of weeks. So, to make it to the CWS and hang tough today is impressive.

Tomorrow, they'll be back to trolling LSU but yes, congratulations to the Hogs for getting it together this season.
I was there watching the LSU series back when their fans only wanted to focus on March Madness. I was also there to watch them in all three games of the Super Regional.
Congrats to the Hogs for turning their season around and making the CWS.

Frick the Hog fans but yes this Arkansas team played tough. Lost both games but even in Omaha they showed some fight.

Agreed- hell of a season hogs. The SEC really had a stout showing this post season with 4 squads making it to Omaha.

Wasn't a lot expected of this team this year due to youth, and it showed why early in the season. I know we just barely cracked the top 40 in one preseason poll, but another did have us at 16.
Disappointed in the 2 and done, but to get to the final 8 when all was said and done was not bad for this team.
