Ole Miss will put up more than 34. The only shot UGA has is in a shoot out and that does not favor them at all in this match up.

I could see Ole Miss trading points for time management in an effort to give their defense a break.
Eason has struggled throwing down the field with pressure (per PFF) so I expect Ole Miss to crowd the box and get in his face.
