I don't think they want replay cameras to show the goal line definitively. Just brings extra scrutiny on the refs.
Personally I think is stupid we have cameras all over the field but not one (replay) cam on the goal line. And I doubt the pylon cam will be used for replays.
If there's a no-brainer TD they'll show replay from the pylon cam, then when we need it they'll use some shite angle and say "well you just can't tell from this angle" and the pylon footage will be MIA.
