I don't think VU manages enough offense to win but I do like the timing for Vandy of the game with VU having Tennessee St this week and the bye before AU.

Vandy - They may actually lose this game.
Georgia - W
Alabma - L

Side note. Auburn fans are the biggest homers of any fan base I've ever seen. They probably think the Tigers...er.. I mean Eagles would blow out the Patriots.

My preseason projection for AU was 8-4, I still believe this.

Arkansas - W
@ Ole Miss - L
Vanderbilt - W
@ Georgia - W
@ Alabama - Toss up

Going with what I've thought for the last few weeks.

The next two games are crucial for us. Not for Gus being on the hot seat, because I don't think that happens unless we somehow lose the last 5 SEC games, but the momentum going into the back stretch.

We match up very well with Arkansas and Ole Miss. We should be able to run on both teams and our defense will keep us in the games even if offense sputters.

I don't know if LSU beating OM is good or bad for us. On one hand, if LSU dominates, then Ole Miss might come into next weekend's game mentally and physically exhausted. On the other hand, I don't know if I see Ole Miss dropping 3 in a row.

If we finish 8-4, 5-3 in conference, I'll be very happy considering preseason expectations. A couple of things go our way and we're 9-2 heading into the Iron Bowl.

Ole Miss aint that good. We really need to change this whole thread to being about the Ole Miss game because i am not worried about the fricking Arkanpigs. We will own the breakfast foods.

They'll click 3-4 FG's for their only scoring per game and lose out.
