Because today all anyone can talk about is the poor way he handled himself AFTER the game, rather than the fact that he was too chickshit to go after that loose ball when he had a chance to win it.

Cam made a business decision when he didn't go after that ball that fans HATE to see players make, but he will get away with it with little harm to his reputation on the field thanks to his other actions.

Good job Cam Newton, you yellow bellied coward.

This is a good reminder that this place is not an accurate representation of society.

That is not what I have been reading or watching. It is mostly about Peyton going out on top.

I guess it could be worse, they could be talking about college baseball trying to convince us it's as relevant as cam's attitude.

You're underestimating the internet and the power of gifs.

I've heard people in real life talking about him not going after the loose ball, and Eli looking stone faced, the Cam presser and about Peyton going out on top. I think most folks are able to remember more than one thing.

They are talking about the same thing on your local sports radio station right now.

On a section of SportsCenter this morning they had just as much complaining about Manning saying he was going to drink a Budweiser, then what Cam did in his post game press conference. The pouting started way before the end of the game he was acting like a small child throwing a temper tantrum when he got sacked in the fourth quarter

yea but I'm in alabama, the people on my local sports radio stations are the bottom of the barrel. I hope that's not an accurate cross section...for your sake.

Sort of like certain Auburn fans trying to convince us college football is irrelevant.

Now this is absurd. When would an auburn fan try to convince an alabama fan that football is irrelevant. It's literally a matter of life and death for you.

I think you should've gone, kind of like auburn fans trying to convince us auburn football is relevant. that's a stronger dig.
