I am going to keep mine fairly recent because there are so many awesome players that come out of this conference year after year.

For me, it has got to be Marcus Lattimore. The dude was an absolute beast and one of the most entertaining running backs to watch, except for his annual shredding of the UGA defense.

In addition to his world class talent, he was just such a likable player, no off the field bullshite, never saw him talking crap in between plays, dude would just take the rock and run over, through, and around you for 4 quarters.

I was rooting hard for him to comeback with the 49ers, even though I had serious doubts he would ever come close to performing at the level he did at South Carolina after the second injury, but I still held out hope that he could become a serviceable running back and was very disappointed when he was forced to retire this past fall.

If we are talking more recent players, I really respected Dylan Thompson from South Carolina. Kid has heart.

All time? Oh gosh this hurts to admit...but Bo Jackson was just an amazing athlete. I mean, the dude is STILL jacked.
