Well minus Cyrus Jones, who was pretty damn important this season on punt returns, picks, and you name it.

We have a lot of quality depth this year... how long has it been since we could say that? Example: we can finally rotate 8 or 9 D linemen without a significant drop off. The lack of being able to do that in recent years has often taken its toll late in games.

Lsu:

Three future first rounders on Dline
All SEC MLB
Three future first rounders in the secondary
(Don't believe me look up Walter football draft projections)

Heisman favorite Leonard Fournette
Future first rounder Malachi Dupre with a deep skilled WR unit
Future first rounder Ethan pocic to anchor a great oline
A junior QB that led the SEC in QBR going into November. Only will get better

Unless you're expecting Tuttle to take longer to get back from injury he should be listed as a starter. He was the best DT we had before he was injured and if healthy will easily beat out Vickers.

Also, the spot opposite Barnett is going to be a battle so I'd place that as a question mark. The safety spots will be up for grabs too and while I do think TKjr. has his spot on near lockdown and probably Evan too, the DB class we had is good enough to challenge. At corner Cam is a definite and Martin is a very likely but again that DB haul is nasty. Warrior is good enough to be in the mix at either corner or safety. We'll have a nice DB rotation, imo.

I kind of thought Minkah would take Cryus' spot as a starting corner and someone else would play star. Minkah just seems like a guy you want on the field all the time.

QB: Luke Del Rio
RB: Mark Thompson
WR: Antonio Callaway
WR: Brandon Powell
TE: DeAndre Goolsby
TE: Cy'ontai Lewis
LT: David Sharpe
LG: Martez Ivey
C: Cam Dillard
RG: Tyler Jordan
RT: Fred Johnson

* Del Rio should be serviceable.
* Mark Thompson is a big, athletic guy. I expect we'll have a pretty good rotation at RB with Cronkrite and Scarlett getting significant touches as well. Look out for Lamichael Perine as well.
* Callaway is our go to guy and Powell is a solid slot guy. After that, there's a lot of unproven guys. If Tyrie Cleveland comes in and shows out in Fall practice, he may have a starting job on the outside.
* Very good TE unit. Goolsby is a solid safety valve and Lewis flashed early but struggled getting in after a hand injury.
* I expect our offensive line to improve. Sharpe is solid at LT. Ivey struggled with an injury last year as well as learning the play book but I expect him to take the next step. Dillard is average but smart at C. Jordan flashed at RG, started out last few games. Johnson is a bit of a question mark. He earned solid PT last year at RT, hopefully he'll take the next step.

DE: CeCe Jefferson
DT: Joey Ivie
NT: Caleb Brantley
DE: Bryan Cox Jr.
MLB: Jarrad Davis
WLB: Alex Anzalone
CB: Quincy Wilson
NB: Duke Dawson
FS: Nick Washington
SS: Marcus Maye
CB: Jalen Tabor

* CeCe Jefferson doesn't fit the mold of a WDE but i expect him to start over Sherit there. He's too talented to keep off the field IMO. Antonneous Clayton will get some run on obvious passing downs, great first step.
* Ivie is a solid DT who was playing very well before a hip injury slowed him down a bit. Caleb Brantley has 1st round talent. Look for Thomas Holley, Taven Bryan and Khari Clark to get in the rotation.
* Cox is very, very good against the run but average at getting to the QB.
* Jarrad Davis will be 1st team all SEC preseason. Very good LB.
* Anzalone is supremely talented yet often injured. He was the starter before he tore his shoulder up.
* Quincy Wilson is solid, should take over for VH3 nicely.
* Duke will play NB unless Chauncey Gardner comes in and shows out. In that case, I could see Duke starting at FS.
* Washington hasn't shown much. Could see Marcel Harris here even though he's better suited for SS.
* Marcus Maye was an All-American by some publications last year.
* Tabor is a top 10 pick waiting to happen.

KR: Dre Massey
PR: Antonio Callaway
K: Eddie Pinerio
P: Johnny Townsend

* Massey is a JUCO guy with a lot of speed. Could see Brandon Powell back there but he was less than impressive last year.
* Callaway is a great PR.
* Pineiro has a lot of leg talent but has no experience.
* Townsend is very good.

He can't be worse than Treon and he will probably be top half in the SEC in passing. That should be enough to keep UF in contention in the East.
