I'd say Cecil Collins was criminally underrated. He was incarcerated on burglary charges, but he did way more shite than that.

I like the guy, but to say he does it all is pretty inaccurate.
Unfortunately, the one thing he's failed to do on a fairly regular basis is catch the football.
