Police report on the Petrino wreck?

Is there one available? I'm curious to hear how Petrino described his wreck.
I've heard it was on a straightaway when he wrecked. Also was Dorrell listed as just some random person who walked up on the wreck??? Was the wreck in the country or in a residential area?
