It'll be Oklahoma. Oregon is getting taken by the Fiesta (they have the first at large spot). OU will be next (which goes to the Sugar)

Florida-Oregon would be great but it won't happen.

Well, ND is an indy, so no Bowl will get the first pick for them being number 1. Bama/UGA at 2 gives the Sugar the first pick and obviously they'll pick Florida.
We'll say FSU wins the ACC, Stanford wins the Pac-12, Nebraska wins the B1G, and I don't know Rutgers wins the Big East. It's looking like Boise will finish at 16, so they may AQ. Oh, and KSU wins the Big XII putting them in the Fiesta Bowl.
The Orange Bowl gets FSU, the Rose Bowl will secure both of it's teams with Stanford and Nebraska. The Orange Bowl also has the last choice so they'll either pick Boise or Rutgers with that, it depends on whichever goes first.
The Fiesta Bowl gets the first pick from here, and I see them picking Oregon to play K-State.
The Sugar gets the next pick, and since they HAVE to pick either Boise or Rutgers, I see them going Boise.
