Sammie Coates. Dude was a baller on and off the field. They had a piece on him before the Iron Bowl if I remember correctly.
Either way, I find it crazy he didn't even have the most receiving yards in the Iron Bowl that day. There was like 3 over 100 and 2 over 200.

Denzel Nkemdiche
He was in on every tackle in 2012 and 2013. Just couldn't let little bro go to their childhood favorite though.

Nick Fairley and Cam Newton... Both were big enough douches to cleanse the pussies of two humpback whales.. But damn could they ball!!

Not SEC but Steve Smith (former Panthers/current Ravens WR), and of course Julio Jones, whom I've gotten to hate at two different rivals.

Bo Jackson. HATED him for obvious reasons but is a good guy. One of the nicest, most genuine people you'll meet.

Not SEC, but Tom Brady.

Tebow.
Motherfricker was irritating in so many ways (both on and off the field) but you have to respect a guy that is as real as that guy is. A little odd and sanctimonious but he's genuine.

"Hating" an athlete pretty much comes down to not respecting them for me. So that's a tough one.

Aggravated or irritated by would be the best way to describe it

quote:I think that's where a lot of people's hate grows from him is their misunderstanding of him. He's an attractive athlete who doesn't screw around with every girl throwing themselves at him. For whatever reason that rubs people the wrong way. I think he's genuine like you said because if he wasn't, he would have slipped up somewhere by now. I understand people hating him for his play on the field but hating him for actually living the life he preaches is just dumb IMO.

Matt Jones
Managed to play at Arkansas for 9 years and wreck LSU. Also, he parties like a rockstar.

the only thing that annoys me is how much he throws religion in everyone's faces at every turn. i'm a religious guy but not to the extent he is where i have to constantly remind everyone about it. but, like you said, he is genuine in his beliefs and i'm not going to go as far as say i dislike the guy for being who he is. he can just get aggravating at times to listen to.
