There were three kids from my school who went to Penn. They were all Indian and didn't party in high school. One came to one of our grad parties and projectiled all over the bathroom after about an hour of attendance. The playboy lists suck dick

Or they just aren't as fun as even Alabama, Athens, or Baton Rouge. Would put the party and drug scene higher at all those schools.
