Its actually cfb teams with most talent.
Each Team has about 5 players that are being highlighted, I included in quotes the ones teams are looking foward to the most, the article is by Bucky Brooks an nfl.com scout. Link is at the end of this page.
2 Alabama
quote:

Henry and Howard will command a lot of attention from evaluators this fall due to their prototypical physical dimensions and immense potential. Despite limited production from each player to this point, scouts are expecting a major jump in their output this season. Ragland, Reed and Robinson headline a defense that's loaded with talent along the front line. Considering Saban's experience developing dominant playmakers on that side of the ball, scouts are taking a long, hard look at defenders poised to blossom under his tutelage.

4 LSU
quote:

The Tigers' offense features a ton of impressive young prospects (including Dupre and Fournette), but scouts are paying close attention to the defensive side of the ball and the continued development of Adams. The sensational sophomore quietly contributed as a first-year player, but scouts are already buzzing about his potential as a "MOF" playmaker at the next level.

6 Ole Miss
quote:

"Both players have lived up to the hype"(LOL) that preceded their arrivals, and scouts love prospects that play up to expectations on the biggest stages. Treadwell is recovering from a brutal leg injury, but he has already impressed scouts with his steady production as a No. 1 WR. If he can silence the concerns about his speed and explosiveness, he could emerge as a top receiver in the class.

12 Auburn
quote:

. Williams, in particular, has earned rave reviews from scouts seeking a prototypical No. 1 with size, leaping ability and ball skills. Although there are some questions about his speed, he will have a chance to silence the skeptics when he becomes the focal point of the Tigers' passing game this fall. Lawson is coming back from a knee injury, but evaluators are keeping tabs on his progress to see if he can regain his form as a destructive force off the edge.

17 A&M
quote:

The streak could continue with scouts already touting Ifedi as one of the top prospects at the position. The nimble pass protector joins Mike Matthews to anchor a rock-solid offensive line in College Station. There is plenty of buzz about the Aggies' young players, including Allen, Seals-Jones and Garrett. With Kevin Sumlin continuing to add blue-chip talent to the roster, the Aggies' pipeline will remain loaded for the foreseeable future.

22&21 Tennessee and Florida
Tennessee
quote:

North is one of several rangy pass-catchers with "pro-ready" games. With Dobbs flashing big-time potential as a franchise quarterback, NFL scouts are scurrying to Knoxville to take a glance.

Florida
quote:

Hargreaves is certainly on the radar of scouts as the top cover corner in college football; he is already drawing comparisons to ex-Gator CB Joe Haden as a versatile playmaker on the edge. On the other side of the ball, Robinson is a standout receiver with the size, athleticism and big-play ability to terrorize opponents on the perimeter.

The closer to kickoff we get, the worse it gets on here, it seems like.

My bad haha, I thought Ole Miss was the only team on that slide, here's Georgia's full one.
Georgia 9
quote:

The Bulldogs have always featured a roster loaded with NFL-caliber talent since Mark Richt took the reins in 2001. The tradition will continue in 2015 with scouts already touting the Bulldogs' pass-rushing tandem of Floyd and Jenkins as one of the best in college football. Although both guys need to refine their games, it is hard to find long, rangy athletes with the core traits needed to develop into dominant rushers as pros. Chubb appears to be the next great Bulldog runner. He showed up big time in Todd Gurley's absence last season and is primed to put up ridiculous numbers as the feature back in a power-based offense.

Newcomer in the spotlight: QB Greyson Lambert. The graduate transfer from Virginia jumps into a hotly contested quarterback competition with Brice Ramsey and Faton Bauta. Although Ramsey has the inside track on the job due to his status as last season's backup, Lambert's experience (started nine games in 2014), moxie and football aptitude could make him Richt's choice at the end of training camp.
