You could make an honest argument for Arkansas to fall into either of the categories. But from my point of view, Arkansas is underrated and will surprise many with a 10+ win season.

Honestly I think they win the ACC this year. And if they can do it with only one loss (entirely possible since it's just the ACC) they could make the playoff.
