While some fans are questioning Tennessee head coach Butch Jones, one former Volunteer coach firmly has his back.

Phillip Fulmer won 152 games, two SEC Titles and a National Championship at Tennessee and while he’s disappointed with Tennessee’s late game meltdowns, he is still extremely bullish on the position of the program in year three under Butch Jones.

Fulmer said, “We’ve gone through a really tough time, but I truly believe that Butch has us on the right track. I know we’re disappointed about the Oklahoma game at the end and the Florida game at the end, but you look back at it two years ago, we’re so much better now as a football team than we were then.”

As an Alabama fan, it warms my heart that Fat Phil was run out of town and became irrelevant because of Saban and Bama. Can't wait to be at BDS in 2 weeks for 9 in a row. Karma is a thing.

Bring him back. Bring back Tupperware too. They didn't receive enough arse poundings from Bama.

I'm just messing with you. Can we trade Dave Hart for Bill Battle? Please?
