Phillip Ely or Jake Coker, who throws for more on the Hogs?

The ex-Bama QB Ely looked way better than any QB I've seen on the Bama roster.

Ely was 21-38 for 237 and a TD.

He's got Toledo poised for a playoff spot.

Well, our QB hasn't faced your team's defense yet.

and 21-38 237 1 TD is just okay.

I expect Coker to have a much better performance than that. Closer to 300 yards, and 2 TDs. Around 65% completion.


Having said that, I am super glad that Ely is having success at Toledo. I want that guy to succeed, and I am happy that he is doing so.

Coker isn't going to throw is 38 times. But, he'll probably have a higher completion percentage.

You should probably be more worried that a QB who couldn't crack the top 3 on Bama's depth chart went to a MAC school and lit you up like a Christmas tree.
