As an Ole Miss fan, don't let the bastards wear you down. Great mascot. Great school.

ETA: also one of the best vet schools in the country. They have no clue.

Where was PETA when 3 A&M Cadets butt fricked a dog then dumped its dead body on Campus?

Why is PETA fricking with LSU? We love our Tiger and support him with an amazing setup.

Being the LSU Tiger is like being Dumbo after learning to fly. Tigers dream of being a Mike one day. It is literally as good as it gets for them minus not getting some occasional Lady Tiger cooch. We should set something like that up for him...occasional tiger conjugal visits for next Mike.

After every game he chooses to attend a lady tiger in heat will be left for him in his habitat.

George Reymond Responds to PETA:

PETA, let's make this short and sweet, here's my question. How can one define an animal "wild" when its whole existence has been under the direct influence of humans. From a cardboard box to a multimillion dollar facility.

A proper, thoughtful response from LSU to PETA would be to get TWO Tigers.

PETA can suck a dick.

I worked a "take a kid fishing day" years ago. PETA brought a guy in a fish costume and another guy with a rod and reel. The fish guy kept screaming to let him go. Kids cried and it got pretty ugly. Kind of suprised both idiots made it out without serious bodily harm.

Too much PC bullshite going around these days.

Not a chance, Alexander would be run out of town on a rail.

LSU is going to adopt another tiger that was born in captivity. Better yet, they're going to treat Roscoe and learn more about how to treat cancer in tigers.

It's an endangered species, and for a big cat like Roscoe, LSU is possibly the best place he could have ended up.

I second that opinion.

that tiger is treated like a king at LSU. Better than most of the people here.

His home is what 15,000 square feet? My house is about 1,400.

It's very nice to see the overall camaraderie of the conference to keep the traditions alive. As much as I hate on the rivals in the conference and their traditions I would still fight like hell to keep those traditions.

Should deliver a herd of wild hogs to PETA to care for. That will help them change their ways.

I think the only humane and ethical way to handle it is to send that PETA bitch into Mike's enclosure so she can sit down and talk it over with him and see how he really feels about the issue.

Before breakfast.

I've always thought it would be cool to do that and let the line of succession be actual descendents of the prior Mikes.

Do they live longer in captivity or in the wild?

Average in the wild is about 9 years. Average for LSU's Mikes is about 17 years.

Black pawn martry. You're an idiot. Of course a tiger born in the wild will have a large territory, they have to hunt. The tigers LSU gets are born in captivity and have never lived in the wild or had to hunt for their food. Introducing a captive tiger into a wild environment would lead to death rather quickly. Mike is a very big asset for the school and vet school as well as research and understanding of big cats and conservation efforts.

Nice to see all of our SEC brothers come together! Well, all except the SJW's. Although we clash when it comes to sports I think we all respect the traditions of the conference schools. Thanks for supporting Mike!

Yep.

If we let PETA get away with this, they'll go after Auburn's eagle,Arky's hog, USC's cock etc.

frick them.

I don't think the LSU Board of Supervisors will allow us not to get another live mascot. F.King will not be making the decision unless he wants it to be his last at LSU.

frick PETA. Let's toss one of them in the cage and cart it off to Death Valley.
