pay attention. you will very seldom hear a coach say- "HE IS PERFECTLY FINE AND WILL PLAY". If the coach says this, he is a moron. you always have to keep the other coach in limbo for "game plan" purposes. however, to be honest, they have three other guys who run a 4.2 anyway. but, good luck.

I was kinda thinkin the same thing...good way to get inside Bama's head. When I heard earlier in the week that he was going to "dress", I was thinking that he was hurt bad. But it was going to be a ploy to keep the "threat" alive. Not that a coach would do anything like that. lol Guess we'll know in about 7 1/2 hours.

`learn to deal with them. we heard them all last year. but, they typically go away after you hold the crystal ball. which, in my opinion, will not be something that bama will be doing this year. however, stranger things have happened. i, personally, am a big "sec" fan when it comes to the n.c. game. so, if you do win, i will be pulling for you in the n.c. game.

Oh, so you'd rather win by having the other team not at it's best? Doesn't sound good to me ... you should be wanting to win on your own team's merit .. not by what the other team is missing.

That said, I don't care who wins.

Learn to deal with them?

I've heard one excuse after another all season long already. Every team we've played has been overrated, the SEC is down this year, Tubs was an idiot for hiring Franklin, and my personal favorite is Amy Ensminger whining about Saban paying for players again. The corndogs and barners have given a clinic on making excuses since Bama played Clemson.

I definitely agree with the "he's questionable" strategy for sure. But Meyer said this morning he's not playing. Period. Considering Bama has already game planned for him there is no advantage for Meyer to lie about this.

So your best player being out isn't a legitimate excuse?

Would Bama fans not have anything to say if Julio or Glen Coffee were out for this game?

Well, I am disappointed that we won't get to see Saban's scheme versus Florida's full attack, especially since Alabama has been working on it for 3 weeks.

IMO, Alabama will only need 2 turnovers and 2 TD drives of 7+ minutes to keep it competitive, now that Harvin is out.

oh no! Now Florida will only break open a 2 touchdown lead in the first quarter.
