Can you really blame a kid for not wanting to do things that will damage the rest of his life? RBs are known to be a injury prone position. He has given his blood and guts to the Tennessee program for no immediate financial gain. Can you really blame him for playing without pay? He has to secure his finances, he cant afford to volunteer anymore.

With you on that. It's his life, if he wants to move on, then by all means, go ahead and do what's best for you. Seems simple, really.

Think of it this way. He's the Canary in the coal mine. He's not a quitter, he's just not willing to stick around and choke on the gas spewing from Butch Jones arse.

Besides he can find a school willing to pay him more than Tennessee.

Sure he did, he chose there because he believed that would help his draft stock. He didn't pick Tennessee because he was just being a nice guy.

Don't feel bad for him a bit. He wanted to be a RB in the SEC and he got his wish.

That being said I watched a Tenn game earlier in the year and this guy is a TE. He looked way better catching the ball than taking handoffs. I don't know who's been advising him but they are dipshits.

So if he goes to a shitty NFL team and they start out 1-6 it's OK to quit on them too? Standing by

Not as long as he's making bank, big difference between making millions and getting an extra swig from the community corn jar

You're right. He can be a quitter if he wants to...
