Hot shot QB. Washington may actually score on offense unlike
Miami. Miami was - in rushing yards until last drive. Miami was owned in the trenches look for the same.

In '93 everyone wanted to see Miami knocked off its pedestal b/c they were sick of Hurricane dominance.

Bama is now Miami.

It baffles me how many bama fans remember that game so vividly, yet fail to realize that if the current bama teams are to fit on either side of that analogy, it would be the side of the 1992 Hurricanes.

Unlike Washington, Miami was heavily favored.

If you think this game will represent the '93 Sugar Bowl that pretty means you think Washington will pull off the upset. Bama, like Miami in '93, is the highly favored one while nobody is giving Washington a chance.

You are referring to a game from 24 years ago, and you want a reaction out the ranters, while most of them know jack shite about history. But yes, that was a great Bama squad, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Sherman Williams was a damn good back for the Tide. George Teague on the defense and Antonio Langham was an athletic freak for his time. Plus, I hated the shite out of the U. Still do, but I respect Mark Richt.

Yeah, he was. But I don't think he played a snap vs Miami.

Derrick Lassic toted the rock in 92 ( Martin Houston led the way).

Guys you are viewing one of the rarest creatures in college football. Most experts agree that there are more Blue Whales than Pitt fans left in the world. Sometimes their numbers are exaggerated because yellow seats at Heinz Field are mistaken for fans most often.
