Just listened to my first show. Should I expect the entertainment level to be high every show? listened to the one today with Danny Kanell and all the Bama callers had me rolling. btw Im a noob to sports talk radio.

Finebaum is the keeper of the spoon. If you know he is a big time Bama homer and then a big time SEC homer you will be ok.
I will say this. Since he went to ESPN, he has picked up his radio show a lot. He gets guest every day that add to the conversation of the topics at hand. The callers are still the callers and it gets on your nerves sometimes. But, unlike Herbie and the rest of the ESPN gang, Finebaum says what he thinks. And sometimes that is refreshing.

Not I. Just don't really have the time to pick the phone up. I do listen a little while each day however.

it is entertainment. granted none of the callers have ever stepped foot in a stadium on gameday. The callers are farcical characters.

I remember that. I use to listen online. Didn't it go down around the time some Hurricane hit?? I thought that was the reason it stopped. I actually liked it.
