I highly doubt the NCAA goes after all of them, but I'm sure they will make an example of someone. That's why I think Louisville is totally screwed. 247 Sports says Pitino was directly involved in paying these players. He may end up going to jail and the Cardinals may be blasted back to the Stone Age.

They will have to go after every one of them. The NCAA is on the clock as much as the Schools are now. They finally have to show they mean business over this issue. To do that they can not pick and choose who they go after.

Pat Forde is the most uninformed sports journalist out there. I wouldn't put any stock in anything he says.

Pat Forde is really bad unless it's about the Ole Miss case, then he's really good

And rightfully so. Rick Pitino has showed what a horrible human being he is. First he has sex with a waitress at a bar and pays for her to have an abortion, then he pays for hookers for recruits, and now this. I hope Louisville gets hammered, possibly with the death penalty, if for no other reason than for Ole Miss fans to stop crying that they're the only school that is picked on by the NCAA

We've all said the NCAA would never do this again, but if Pitino is indeed Coach-2 in the documents, then you might well see it. The school might seriously consider self imposing it for a season to try and save an even longer one.
