They can't transfer without sitting out unless there is a multiyear bowl ban. Over if otherwise, under if not.
Recruiting will be screwed especially with the Dec signing period. Still Under unless multiyear bowl ban.
The Freeze names should stay and change to hooker avatars, but Over.
Under on NCAA with Feeeze already gone.
