infractions? Watching Freeze now and the thought just popped into my head about outsourcing companies to head up compliance for the universities. You'd have to imagine most compliance offices have mostly alumni working within it so there will always be, at some level, a bias. Would it help minimize infractions/ncaa investigations if these compliance offices were outsourced so that there are "incentives" to catch infractions early and to "nip it in the bud" before they snowball into what we see now at Ole Miss?

It shouldn't be about bias it should be about doing the job correctly with integrity. Also I'm not sure how in depth the actual compliance offices go. I doubt they go on witch hunts but are more so there for admin purposes to report to the NCAA.
