But man. Hargraves has to be the best freshman in the country. Seriously. He has allowed ONE completion this season in man coverage. ONE. Holy god I watched him on a lot of the snaps tonight at the game and he literally doesn't give a single inch to the receiver. It's freaking remarkable. So excited about this kid.

Also. How'd everyone else look. No internet in the swamp and my phone died after I left.

Agreed on Hargraves. Dude looks seasoned. Hard for a freshman to excel at that position.

I look forward to seeing him against MIZ. We have size and speed at WR, should be a good test for him.

I don't get why we can't land any play makers on offense but can continue to get great defensive recruits. Oh I can...we can't coach offense

... and the offense was actually improved with Murphy.

Agree on Hargreaves. He is a special talent.

That Tennessee QB provided some assistance to UF.

He is one of the most polished corners I have ever seen coming out of high school. He is and will be a terror every single snap he takes at UF. Thank God he didn't go to Florida State

Not about the Qbs as much though. He literally locks the receivers down. It's remarkable. For a freshman and we've had some great corners at UF. The second half I started just watching him. He got thrown at 4 times, and each time the receiver had zero chance. The decision to throw was bad because the receiver wasn't open. He doesn't even get safety help on a lot of the snaps. It's freaky. I can't believe I'm saying this but take the ALL SEC roberson and make him the Nickel, cause this guy is already better.

Florida reminds me of a 2010 LSU.
Terrible offense (led by a qb who can sorta run (well Driskel atleast), but couldn't throw) but with a stout D.

Low scoring games, Florida will be able to pull of the win. But even teams you should blow out, it will look close, scoreboard wise.

Obviously his coverage skills are impeccable, but I am probably most impressed with his tackling. The guy has perfect form and wraps up the ball carriers every time. His ability to shed blocks and make the tackle in open space is incredible.

Slightly off topic, but are we on espn2 next weekend or Arky vs. tamu?

I think it's close but the issue is turnovers. 2010 LSU kept the ball well like UF last year and great defense can win that. But we HAVE to stop giving the ball away. The low scoring offense and stout defense only works when you control field position and time of possession. Our secondary is almost as good, as is our Dline. I think your LBS were significantly better in 2010 though. Ours are good but yall's whole defense was just incredible that year.

The WRs have been garbage really since Harvin and Murphy went pro after the 08 season.

I was thinking that yesterday at the game. 10 LSU and 12 UF might be the worst teams to ever win 11 games.
