nothing to gain these days by playing tough OOC games. unfortunately we're probably going to see more of these kinds of cancellations until the Boises and TCUs of the world stop getting rewarded for playing shite schedules.

Not a home and home series, but LSU & UNC generated big $$$. When we play Oregon next year, big $$$$ will be spent. It's a win for LSU, Oregon, & Dallas. Sure Baton Rouge may not do so well on the deal but from the University's standpoint it is as profitable as a bowl game.

based on current circumstances UO woulda tore our arse up and down. however my mother in law lives in eugene. very similar town to athens.
we always run around autzen when we are in eugene. i was giddy that uga was actually going to be playing there. guess i'm gonna have to go see the ducks play someone else.

No, just our new AD who learned from Foley how to get 7 home games a year minus having to play any OOC games of merit. After the past three games, I'm all for it
