That was an extremely hard fought game last night. In the ordinary sense, Bama has nothing to be ashamed of. They played as hard as they could, but they just got beat by a better team and better coaching. I cheered against Bama, as I always do, but I acknowledge it was their best effort. It just wasn't enough. So hold your head up, Bama fan, and buy another television to replace the one you broke last night.

Sometimes two evenly matched teams with NFL players all over the field match up and the other one makes more plays. That's basically what happened last night.
Hats off to Clemson, they made some incredible plays down the stretch and earned it. We played hard but they made a few more plays than us, and that's what decides games like this. It sucks, but it happens.
