Still property of the University therefore it is subject to the laws. Doesn't matter where the money came from to pay the bills as long as it was on the university's account.

What costs money, the records themselves or the billable hours it takes to go through them? And I don't think attorney fees matter much to Nutt right now if that's the angle you're trying to go with here. Those would be reserved regardless. The costs of the records themselves are negligible

The Foundation is a party to the suit. The records will be discoverable, just through a different procedure. It is nothing more than a delaying tactic, not a trump card. There will be no protection for "personal" calls.
