For instance Myles Brennan is being told that OM is getting a 4 year bowl ban which is ridiculous. OM is telling recruits the worst that will come down is 18-20 scholarships and a 1 year ban. If it is worse than that we will release you to any school you desire. Seems fair to me but Im bias.
Sure it's fair but they still have to sit out a year if they transfer. You're baiting them in knowing that they will have to sacrifice a year of their career and sever the relationships they made in the process.
Being "fair" doesn't mean it isn't a shitty deal for them to take.
That being said, it's what you have to do. It's not like you can just stop recruiting until it's all settled. But what you can do is not lie to them, which maybe they aren't, I for damn sure don't know.

Penn State got a 2 year bowl ban fro 30 years of raping children. If we get a bowl ban someone needs to blow the NCAA office up.

I missed that on pretty bad.

The difference is that nobody was still at Penn State to punish after they all bailed, it's not like what happened was tangible to anyone actually affected by the sanctions.
They also weren't committing NCAA violations, more of a criminal justice issue.

Ok Ole Miss fans, what's the chance of Freeze promoting Luke to OC?
Asking because depending on what happens there, Luke could be on Muschamps radar to replace USC's OL coach Sean Elliot. Elliot was hired as GA ST's head coach today...

Well thats whats smart about it. Its still fair given between what rivals are saying and between what we are saying, what will actually happen will fall closer to our predictions and we are the only ones giving a kid an out. In the end the only reason a kid would choose OM with that type of deal is that OM is where the kid really wants to go. If a kid really wanted to go to OM but didnt because another school fear mongered, there is something wrong with that. Your point is valid, but I still think its more fair if OM truly is where the heart is.

0% if he doesn't want fans to mutiny. Most fans have been calling for Luke's head for 3 years now.

And Emmeritt just commended them for succeeding and then said that they arent out to get programs when they are running a 4+ instigation which has resulted in sting operations at a clothing store and giving players at other schools immunity. What we get wont be fair so dont go by other precedents like PSU's.

Matt Luke is not on the OC discussion.
And he's just the best OL I've ever seen would hate to see him go.. Do you need contact information /resume / dental records?
How can we expedite this process for USC and coach Boom?

You are correct there which is the moral problem. The NCAA cares more about underprivileged kids getting money when they know it goes on everywhere than they do rape. They will use the excuse that its not their jurisdiction but they can punish however the hell they want, which is why we are fricked. There isnt a supreme court here.

I don't go on the Spirit very often, so I was shocked at the amount of vitriol directed at Luke. There's a suprising amount of chapped arse regarding CHF as well.
It's not all sunshine and myopia. Except the recruiting board of course, that place needs a giant dose of lithium.

Yeah our fan base is stupid. They all want colonel reb back too. I hate OM fans.

People blame him for our lack of run game instead of the play callers. I was the same way until I saw how well the OL was holding up last year with tunsil out. That was a great job by Luke.
