Finally we at the rant have an answer to a question that has perplexed us for some time now. WHERE IS this National Championship that Ole Miss claims to have won many many years ago. Thanks to some incredible investigative journalism by ESPN we have finally gotten the answer that we have long waited for:

In their defense, there was a major bias against the south in those times. See 1966

Or see 1957, and 1958. Auburn, then LSU won the national title.
LSU would of won it in '59 as well, if it hadn't lost to UT, and the hidden ball trick.
