And ole miss can just say the whole family is admitted liars. So I'm sure he has nothing to gain from alleging things against their rival. The Lewis may have received money from both schools no doubt.

As has been covered in the million other threads on this topic, Mississippi is a single party state. As long as one person knows a conversation is being recorded, no law is being broken.
Also, this tape will turn out just like Danny Sheridan's magical disappearing bagman during the Cam saga.
