Other than 2008 and this 2011, this game is usually pretty close.

I mean, it came down to the wire last year. I expect more of the same next year, with my heart saying Ole Miss narrowly pulls out a victory.

FTFY

Hard to say this far out. Last year was close mostly because LSU was coming off the heartbreaking Alabama loss. Ole Miss did well today but its going to take more than one class for them to run with the big boys. LSU by 10-14 at least.

dude, the lsu/ole miss game is almost always close and it doesn't matter where it's played or how "good" one team is or not. yes, occasionaly it isn't close but 9 out of 10 yrs it is.

We are their season so yeah I can see them keeping it close but in the end it will be one of those games where they hang around for awhile and we break them in the 4th. 31-20 or something like that.

Holy shite.......it is always a close game in Baton Rouge and we kick your arse in Oxford. ONE recruiting class isn't going to change that.

First things first, you need a new qb. In the two games I've watched ole miss play, you had a great performance on the drives that don't matter. Vs us, you had great momentum going into the half until Wallace fumbled ( or was it an interception?) and the score was tied 17 17 at the half. Then with 1 min 15 secs left Wallace threw a game ending interception. If you take away those two drives by finding a consistent qb, you win that game 27 to 20. Then vs LSU, Wallace could have won the game with about ten yards on three plays ( this is after the LSU return, on the LSU 35 yard line ). Instead, he gets sacked two times and they have to punt. I don't care how good your D and Wr are, qbs win games, and that's why you went 6-6 with a combined 24 point lead in the fourth quarter of the games I mentioned

Funny considering your coach spent the entire offseason hyping his players for the Bama loss.

Soooo the opposite of what you say

Unless I'm mistaken, didn't you post on here that you thought LSU would lose to Ole Miss this year?

EDIT: Saw your next post. I'm just thinking its going to be close, but my bias tells me we'll have a narrow win.

I'm convinced at this point that Alabama fans are simply incapable of discussing any topic, no matter how unrelated, without trying to work the tide into the discussion somehow, someway. It's sort of sad.

Lol at the A&M guy saying we need a quarterback. Dude had a fricking dislocated clavicle when he played you and the rest of the teams. I think his shoulder injury had something to do with some of his interceptions, than again it was his first year in the SEC so mistakes were going to happen. Bo Wallace will do fine as long as he recovers from his surgery. Now LSU's quarterback holy shite he is bad.

Ole Miss has a good recruiting class enjoy it.
Don't be like Arkansas and talk a lot of early crap.

Looks like you have a coach that might do something.
Any game in the SEC can be tough. QB is where teams usually improve the most by---like Auburn with Cam and A&M with Johnny Football.

Enjoy your day--Ole Miss is the flavor of the day.
