Ding. What's your opinion of coach 34 and elitedawgs? Do you support? Just curious.

I honestly don't know anything about elite dawgs or that guy. First I heard of it and him was on here. Genespage is the only other board I post on, and that's usually just to buy/sell tickets.

Huh, why? Based off an an anonymous story that says 28 allegations when it has been reported as 32. That says it contains Level I allegations but doesn't say if that dealt with WBB, T&F or football. Or the fact it says 9 allegations are levied at football during CHF tenure.....but doesn't say if they were the self reported or what Level they were. I think I will wait to see the NOA and the response before I pass judgement one way or another.

Mississippi Code Section 25-61-15
"Any person who shall deny to any person access to any public record which is not exempt from the provisions of this chapter or who charges an unreasonable fee for providing a public record may be liable civilly in his personal capacity in a sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per violation, plus all reasonable expenses incurred by such person bringing the proceeding."
That's the worst case for Ole Miss. So they can just deny all requests for months or even years until penalties are final and lose a max of $100 per person who files a request

I assume his daughter remained with Mom after the divorce. It is amazingly hilarious his daughter goes to Ole Miss, how has this been accepted on ED?

Ok. Now go find the part talking about ongoing investigations.

Pank, are you talking about the fact that FOIA's 14 day period does not begin until the ongoing investigation is completed?

You read the "ongoing investigations" part all wrong. From the MS Public Records Act definitions section:
(f) "Investigative report" means records of a law enforcement agency containing information beyond the scope of the matters contained in an incident report, and generally will include, but not be limited to, the following matters if beyond the scope of the matters contained in an incident report
That exception is to keep law enforcement investigations secret from those being investigated or a suspect could request crime scene records before being asked a questions

And by the way, the even more fun request here would be for the list of denials for the notice of allegations. Ole Miss is required to keep a list of those for 3 years, and has to issue written denials to anyone not provided with the records nearly right away
So OM fans, you could start a web page with a list of the names and addresses of all those who were seeking the NOA. Perhaps link Facebook accounts too

except the NOA is not on site... good luck with your quest though. so they arent obliged to give what they dont have access to.. Loop hole
you might finally make it to the big time with this scheme.
