Ole Miss might have the most beautiful campus, but it seems somewhat small. What does the administration feel like is the maximum enrollment for Ole Miss?
I know LSU has 30k and wants to get up to 35k, with more out of state students. However, as big as the campus is, parking is a fricking nightmare. I'm glad I'll be out in December to not witness that future mess

I know growth in enrollment has its benefits, obviously, but at some point it changes the dynamic and feel of a place.
Tuscaloosa now is so different than when I was younger. So many fricking Yankees and Westerners.

Parking on campus is absolute hell. It's the one thing I absolutely hated about attending there.

To solve the parking issue all the administration would have to do is tell freshmen they can't bring their cars on campus.

I'm not sure how much further the University wants to go in terms of student capacity but as of now parking is a nightmare on campus and at this rate we're going to need a few more parking garages.

Enrollment is nearing 40,000. Time to slow down or start making use of the Bryce property.

Parking at ole miss is also horrendous.
Not sure what the max would be however.

There's a parking area behind Kinard that would be perfect for one. I don't know why they haven't put one there. And when the Tad Pad is demolished they could put a really big one there. We already have the one by the new basketball arena. Having those three would definitely help

With the amount of out of state kids we have I feel like this would cause a ton of outrage

I would not attend that school

No cars for freshmen would be my solution.

I'd make them park off campus at the whirlpool center
