Rebel Grove now telling you what ws told to the Rant a long time ago
Just saying hello!
quote:
Ole Miss associate athletic director for high school and community college relations Barney Farrar will meet with the NCAA on Tuesday afternoon, per multiple sources.
quote:
Farrar will have to answer questions about an unauthorized cell phone that was used to contact prospective student-athletes. The NCAA, I’m told, learned about the phone (let’s not beat around the bush here; burner phones are a big part of the recruiting process) during immunity interviews with Mississippi State linebacker Leo Lewis.
Just saying hello!

Doesn't look good for MSU Ole Miss or LSU. Oh well.

Not at all. Nothing there. This is an Ole Miss issue.
Let me remind you that this process has been extremely wide, yet focused due to Ole Miss and their lack of being forth coming.
You are more than welcome to go back and prove me wrong.

Leo Lewis sounds like a bitch

Actually, that's included in this investigation. It's already out there. It's major and to the point that a coach was given one of the largest penalties ever given.
You may look that up. It started with Ole Miss, and followed a few coaches from Ole Miss to other universities.

Depends on your outlook. Does Lewis lie and have his career ended before it ever begins or does he tell tell the truth and what was already known?
What would you do?

Is just a footnote in what has/IS happening at Ole Miss. Why blame a kid for what Ole Miss is doing? Between the 2, Ole Miss and a 17 year old kid, which knows the rules better?
Does Lewis have a paid staff dedicated to knowing the rules?

I'm pretty sure 17 year old kids know it's against the rules to demand money to come to a university.
Tell me again how State managed to get him?

I agree. Yet that's not an issue.

Not relevant to the Ole Miss extended investigation.

But if a kid demands money to go to school, that school says no & he ends up dropping them and going somewhere else--that seems a little fishy, does it not?

Not trying to prove you wrong. Unfortunately the bigger issue is the fact these kids deserve pay and get it one way or the other. Looks like state paid him to come there which is what any school does when they want an athlete. Ones who get caught pay the piper.

They don't have message contents, just a recruit saying that a coach used a burner phone. If this is the worst they have the rant is going to be disappointed
