Oklahoma and ECU good fits for SEC/16?

I've always considered OU and OSU to join while the big 12 sinks.
Four 16-team leagues.
But I'd be giddy if ECU was even mentioned by the SEC.

I think the SEC's brand power could build them up fast. They could easily be the best team in the state in a few years

Shouldn't the ultimate goal be to get to four 16-team leagues?
Then you wouldn't have 5 leagues, where one is bitching about not being included.

ECU would be a great addition. Why does every team that joins have to be good at football? They would open up the North Carolina market a bit and with SEC money who knows what they could be.

Baylor wouldn't be bad...nor TCU, if SEC is looking for N.Texas market.
ECU could be the best team in their state....something Auburn can't say.

Still can't believe they don't have an ECU logo. I'm just glad they have VCU.
As for the OP, ECU wouldn't be my top choice, but they would be a solid addition IMO. And with the ACC GOR, the only way to open up NC for a while. I just hope that doesn't mean they get desperate to add VA. The only option would be Old Dominion.
