If you go to the right as soon as the game starts (before the others start moving) and keep on holding the right arrow key in the endzone the other players go to the left

As far as the Manziel site goes, a lot of schools do this when they have a legit Heisman contender. I believe USC did it with Barkley and Baylor did it with RG3.
