They were probably afraid they might have to play more than 2 Top 25 teams in the same year.

Their schedule this year is ridiculous--1 tough opponent and 1 maybe tough opponent.

They get Michigan State and Penn State at home; Virginia Tech on the road.

I would like to see us pair up with a conference for scheduling also. That is the reason that OSU gave as they are matched with the PAC-12 those years. Towards the end of us in the Big XII I remember that we have a scheduling arrangement with the PAC-12 as well.

Of course they did. Can't deny CUM is a great corch and OSU has a solid team right now so why would they take the risk.

The strength of schedule argument is basically moot by the end of the season. Go undefeated, make the playoffs. Every team should schedule cup cakes and go undefeated. It works for OSU.

So a series scheduled for 2020/2021 was cancelled because the Buckeyes were afraid of playing too many ranked teams in 2015?

You have to be something special to honestly think Urban Meyer isn't a great coach.

He also beat the best of the SEC last year with a 3rd string QB. I'm sure he's really worried about us down here in the South while he polishes his NC trophy.

That would start on any team in the SEC.

Speak for yourself. He might start at A&M but he wouldn't be handed the job just for showing up.

Exactly. I'm happy to see that someone is smart enough to see it our way.

No. Urban didn't fake it. When he and Timmy broke up, it literally crushed his heart. Not everyday you have a boyfriend that wins you a Natty. I heard there was a movie in the works called "The Playbook" where it details the love of their relationship and how it all ended.
