Incidentally, this site really needs a feature to embed YouTube videos. Unless it has it and I'm just too stupid to know how to use it, which is very possible. I still can't post images.

As cheesy as this video is.. it was kind of awesome when I was in college. I'm also actually friends with the guy singing the chorus.

Edit: The guy with the boombox was known as "Boombox Guy".. he was a campus legend. He walked around campus blasting crazy but cool music, everybody loved him, he was a celebrity.. and he was at USC for almost 10 years straight (undergrad, masters, doctorate). He's kind of legendary. I believe he graduated in 2012 or 2013.

I got an MA there in 07, 08. Beautiful campus. But I never saw boom box guy.

Sounds about right. He was VERY elusive. During my entire time in college I only saw him 2 or 3 times.
Nobody believed he really existed until they saw him in person..
