It's a great day for some Tennessee football everyone
Neyland Stadium is looking spectacular per usual.
We've also had an engagement take place on the hollowed Shields-Watkins Field.

Will there be an extra orange jumpsuit on the sideline?

Stadium looks great. Wife-to-be looks rough.

King Peyton is checking out some baseball with VFL Todd Helton.
Here's future NFL players Curt Maggitt and Jalen Reeves-Maybin signing autographs. That's gonna be worth a lot of money someday.
AstroDobbs too.
Can't forget Butch

Is there a board for this? Who besides a UT fan would care?

Here's some fans trying to act like they're from Alabama.
The jackass with the backwards cap and affliction looking shirt was in line at 10 pm last night

That will go on the wall, right next to the one with the whole family in khakis and white shirts at Gulf Shores.

Always good to see happy people. Congrats to that couple. Looking forward to seeing how UT looks on the field.

I'm sure you could wear one if ya wanted but true story: we make our inmates wear crimson.

For those who intend to watch here is the scoring system (taken from RTI):
-------------------------------
Format: It’ll be offense against defense with a modified scoring system in place:
OFFENSE
Touchdown – +6
Extra Point – +1
Field Goal – +3
2-Point Conversion – +2
25-Yard+ Pass Play – +2
20-Yard+ Run Play – +2
DEFENSE
Touchdown – +8
Safety – +2
Turnover Forced Before 50-Yard Line – +4
Turnover Forced After 50-Yard Line – +2
Defensive Stop Before 50-Yard Line – +2
Defensive Stop After 50-Yard Line – +1
Sack – +1
ONE-ON-ONE SITUATION
Winner – +1
The plan is to have two, 15-minute quarters in the first half and two, 12-minute quarters in the second half, all with a running clock. The Vols will also mix in some one-on-one drills that will be scored as well. Most of the scrimmage portion will be full contact, but the quarterbacks will be wearing non-contact jerseys and Butch Jones said some portions could be “thud,” meaning that a player just need to be wrapped up, as opposed to taken all the way to the ground for a tackle.

Tennessee has had a shitload of injuries at defensive line and wide reciever this spring so they can't really have a real scrimmage.

A way of scoring defenses. Lots of schools use different scoring systems for spring games now. It allows coaches to chart progress and grade players and gives the defense a chance to actually win the game. Good defense isn't all about pick-sixes.
Since we're missing a lot of starters everything about today is less traditional than normal but we've been using this scoring system for a while now.
