ESPN has Cordarrelle Patterson listed as one of the players declaring for the draft this season.

No one has announced yet. Fluker is announcing today, no word on Milliner and Lacy yet.

Damn I guess LSU can write off next year and just think positively about the recruiting push this should give them. If they're a top 25 team it'll have been an incredible job done by Miles.

They will be in the hunt. They replace talent with talent.

still, that's way to many to lose. That's an average departing senior class, yet they are all juniors. How many SR's did LSU also have???

only 2 were even in the rotation on Defense this year.
LaVar Edwards, and Josh Downs.
Even losing faulk, LSU returns 4 OL with basically a season's worth of starts in Collins, Williford, Alexander, and Turner.
Without a doubt IMO, Faulk is the biggest loss so far, even though he hardly even played this season.
Even though this looks like a TON of players, more than half of them are RS Juniors. It's hard to expect anyone with real NFL aspirations to wait 5 years to get it started.
Minter, Montgomery, Mingo, Ford, Faulk, and Logan were all part of the 09 signing class.

Starting to look like an 8 or 9 win season at best, simply because the bulk of the 2 deep next season will be freshman and sophomores. Counting TM7 that's 11 guys who have left early. Another guy who would have been in the 2 deep OL next year(Barksdale)graduated and transferred to Tulane today for the chance to start.'14 is shaping up to be another super season for LSU. '13; well we'll hope for the best but realistically it will probably be single digit wins.

Patterson was NEVER coming back to UT...He would have to pass a crazy amount of hours this spring and summer to be eligible....Too bad, for one season he was one of the most electrifying players I've ever seen at UT.
