Official Ole Miss Penalties Prediction Thread - Updated with predictions by fanbase

now that OM has met the COI the only thing left is to wait the 8-12 weeks to see what they get penalty wise. There have been predictions made all along the way, but I thought it might be convenient to have predictions all in one thread.

I'll try to put together something that shows the average prediction by Fan Base, too, so we can see how close or far off certain fans are (looking at you Ole Miss and Miss State)
