Define good to great.

I don't see any of them winning 10 games or anything like that.

I could see SC surprising, they have a good QB and play in the garbage east.

Think State and Vandy are trending up. Don't know how their record will look next year, but both finished on a high note and should continue on next year.

Mississippi State.

Mullen is the second best coach in the conference and Nick Fitzgerald is the truth.

Well Mizzou does return all 11 offensive players, including the best QB/RB duo in the SEC.

Depends on what you mean by good to great.

I think USC might compete for the East.

Sorry I expected to see Kentucky on this list. We return 19 starters on offense and defense, that could be a good thing or a bad thing, I'm leaning towards mostly good. We have a relatively weak schedule next year so it could be a good team by Kentucky standards. 7-8 wins.

SC is the most likely to improve I feel.

Yall were really terrible this year. I also don't know how you figure that. There are at least 4-5 returning qb's and about a 5-6 running backs in the SEC I would rather have than Lock and Crockett.

If we're talking the 2nd half of the season,

Ok, the Lock thing was a slight joke, but he will be a very good qb before he's done.

Crockett may be one of the best RB's this year, and he is a true freshmen. His att/yards is crazy. He would have finished 2nd in total yards if he got the ball as much as he should have.

The only way SC will be improved on this season is if we get some seriously better production out of the offensive line. But then again we were dead last in nearly every category so I suppose there's nowhere to go but up.

The biggest thing holding SC back right now is our play on the LoS, which is what rustles us the most due to the fact that we have the 2nd highest paid OL coach in the league. If we get both lines where they need to be, which is going to take a cycle or two, then we should be able to make a decent run. A lot of folks calling for Elliot's (OL coach) job.

Man that's a tough question. I'm not sure any of them will be great but basically like this year all will be between 8-4 & 5-7. Just depends on injuries, how the schedule falls out, off season departures.

All of those teams other than Arkansas have a good option returning at QB.

Allen is coming back

And Arkansas isn't one of the six worst teams this year, close though.
